Cybershore is pleased to announce a new service, on-site technical support, for both Cybershore customers and the general public as well.

This is a fee based service where our professional technicians will come to your home or business to repair, upgrade, clean viruses and spyware, install and configure software on your computer(s), we will even build a network and wire your office or home for network connectivity.

For a limited time, without fee, a Cybershore technician will come to your location* to evaluate your network and make recomendations to make your network up-to-date, secure, and provide advice on back-up options.

Terms and Conditions Terms, Conditions and Pricing – Cybershore Service STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS These terms and conditions shall apply to all worked performed for any customer ("Customer") using Cybershore Technical Services (Cybershore) for any products and/or hardware and/or software support and consulting services from Cybershore Inc. FREE NETWORK EVALUATION Free evaluation does not constitute performing technical services such as upgrades, back-ups, or repairs. Merely a consultation of your networks' needs in the areas of security, hardware and/or software. All of the below terms apply less stated fees. THEREFORE IT IS AGREED: 1. Supply and Pricing of Services Cybershore Inc. will supply support services to Customer on a time and materials basis. The standard hourly rate for services is $110.00 (on-site) or $75 (drop-off) for any hour or part thereof; additional service is billed in 30 minutes increments or part thereof at $45.00 per 30-minute increment. Customers who bring their computer or other hardware to Cybershore premises located at 168 Boston Post Road in Madison Connecticut are eligible for a 25% price discount on work performed on Cybershore premise. 2. Warranty and Limitation of Liability. 2.1 Cybershore warrants that any services provided under these terms and conditions shall be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. The warranty relating to any products purchased or licensed hereunder shall be as set out in any software license agreement supplied with the product. 2.2 CYBERSHORE MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY PROGRAM OR GOODS OR SERVICES TO BE SUPPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CYBERSHORE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY PROGRAM WILL BE ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS THAT MAY EXIST IN ANY PROGRAM WILL BE CORRECTED. LICENSEE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT CYBERSHORE HAS MADE NO REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING WARRANTY OR PERFORMANCE OR CAPABILITY. 2.3 IN NO EVENT SHALL CYBERSHORE BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS, USE, DATA OR INFORMATION OR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS OR LOST DATA EVEN IF CYBERSHORE HAS BEEN ADVISED, KNEW, OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY. 2.4 Customer is solely and 100% responsible for creating data backups and restoration. 2.5 Customer agrees that Cybershore liability under these terms and conditions in contract or tort or howsoever arising shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by Customer to Cybershore.
